For couples who need expert coaching at the beginning and smooth execution on the day.
We start with a coaching session to craft your wedding’s theme, vision, and overall structure. Together, we design your roadmap, making sure every detail aligns with your dream wedding. Then, when the big day arrives, we step in as your Master of Ceremony, ensuring everything unfolds perfectly.

Coaching & Planning Sessions
● Defining wedding vision, theme and ambiance - Co-creating the whole wedding look and feel. Helping with guest list structuring and seating strategy. Guidance on key wedding elements (decor, music catering style, etc.)
● Budgeting guidance and priority setting - Creating a structured timeline and checklist to remain within schedule and keep track of all the important milestones and actions to be done ahead of the wedding day.
● Personalized game & activity selection - Designing games and interactive elements suited to your guests and wedding style (unique couple-centered activities to make the day special).
● Mock Wedding Flow session - A practice rune to help visualize how everything will unfold.
The Cappuccino - the full experience
For couples who want full support, from planning to execution.
This package includes everything from Latte and Espresso, plus hands-on organization throughout your planning journey. We handle vendor coordination, venue logistics, and key decisions, ensuring your vision turns into reality—without the stress. You stay in control while we take care of all the details, you just relax and enjoy the ride.
Venue & Vendor coordination
● Venue management - Assisting in venue selection and negotiations. Handling of all venue organizational aspects (includes contingency plans for weather or last-minute changes)
● Vendors management - Managing vendor communication and logistics prior and on the wedding day (flowers, catering, etc.)
● Timeline & Detailed Execution Plan - Coordinating all elements so nothing is left to chance. Aligning vendors, family and wedding party with the schedule.
● Personalized Couple Support - Supporting the couples is as important and supporting the overall organization. Last-minute coaching and reassurance, helping manage pre-wedding nerves.
